Life is full of wonderful experiences and life is to enjoy. We can lead the life the way we enjoy the most and get involved only in things which brings positive energy. We do things unwillingly at times and get into a mess. We sometimes do things that is not giving us the joy or satisfaction and hence complicate our life.
It is important to first Fill the life with activities that gives us lot of satisfaction and joy. In order fill the life we have to plan the day/week/month/year well in advance. It is important to decide on broad objectives for the year and plan the calendar well so that we are able to fill the life with lots and lots of activity.
Filing the life experiences is as important as filling the life with activity and experience. We sometimes do not create a file of what experiences we have gained. Today with the advancement of technology we could capture the life experiences in several ways including photos, videos, blog, eBook, Facebook, emails, etc.
To enjoy life we should stay positive and indulge only in things which we like the most. See this video of Donna where she clearly explains how to fill the life with things which gives us joy in order to Enjoy Life:
Life is short. Life is wonderful. Life is full of experiences and events.
Fill it, File it and Enjoy it afterall it is your life.

ReplyDeleteAll of us complain at one time or another. But, there are some people who complain, regardless. Complaining is a way of life with them; they cannot stop cribbing, wherever they are, whatever they are doing, or whatever is happening to them, they keep on complaining! The traffic is too bad; the telephone lines are congested; the weather is too hot or too cold; people are rude or indifferent; servants are lazy and inefficient; the subordinates are insubordinate! Here’s more: Nobody understands me, nobody appreciates me; nobody knows what I’m going through; nobody cares; nobody helps.
ReplyDeleteThose who complain constantly do not wish to take responsibility for themselves and their actions. Ask them why their goals are not accomplished, and they will come up with excuses. Their energy and intellect are so focussed on finding fault that they cannot focus on achieving their goals.
How tedious and futile their constant complaints are! They have effectively undermined their own power and efficiency; they retain control only by constant complaining.
Let’s stop focussing on all that is wrong and focus instead on all that’s right; let’s stop cribbing about what we don’t have and look instead at what’s there for us; let’s take the time to appreciate people for what they are and what they can do, instead of focussing on their defects. When we complain and criticise constantly, we are inviting negativity into our lives
